Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic Shipping: 3–7 business

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s). Tracking information will be available within 24–48 hours.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery is confirmed by the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier to file a claim.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping information is correct at checkout.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipment fees.
